Summer is coming up, and our community pool is the perfect place to cool off. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly remind residents to follow these pool rules:
1. Swim at your own risk – no guard on duty.
2. No children under 13 allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
3. Guests of minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult homeowner or renter.
4. Alcoholic beverages (any kind), glass objects, or pets are strictly prohibited.
5. No smoking.
6. No running, pushing, or roughhouse play.
7. No coconut oil-based products or soap worn is allowed in the pool.
8. No metal hairpins or metal items allowed in the pool.
9. No chairs or lounges in the pool.
10. No bikes or scooters in the fenced pool area.
11. Children or adults who are incontinent must wear waterproof swim trunks with a non-leak cover when in pool. No diapers.
12. Bathing suits must be worn at all times.
13. Keep pool area clean. Use trash receptacles.
14. Keep gate and bathroom locked.
15. Pets are not allowed to enter the main pool area nor remain idly outside the general pool grounds
