We have two small shady parks. The East Park has picnic tables and children’s playground equipment.

 

The Entrance
The entrance leads to a professionally maintained neighborhood of 100 single family homes conveniently located in central Tucson.

Architecture
Arcadia Square was designed by the Berkus Design Studio of Santa Barbara, California. The company has received over 450 design and planning awards.

The Pool
Our heated pool is often the center for community or family social gatherings.

Nearby Amenities
Arcadia Square is within walking distance of a supermarket, stores, a movie theater, restaurants and a gym. Yet it is a peaceful enclave seemingly isolated from the surrounding activity. Pictured is Crossroads Festival shopping mall containing about 34 stores.
