Parking

Our streets are private and a bit narrower than most public streets. This makes it difficult for first responders to get to their destination in an emergency or for school buses and other larger utility vehicles to pass.

WE ASK BOTH VISITORS AND HOMEOWNERS NOT TO PARK DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE OR ACROSS FROM A DRIVEWAY.

ALSO:

  • The speed limit on Arcadia Square streets is 15 MPH unless otherwise posted.
  • Please do not park directly across from a driveway entrance.  It makes it difficult to back out from driveways and has led to accidents in the past.
  • Resident/Visitor on-street parking is limited to 72 hours.
  • No vehicle parking, including motorcycles, on common areas or in front yards on crushed rock or sidewalks.
  • Gravel visitor parking areas are limited to 12 hours.
  • The common area north of swimming pool on North Arcadia is a City of Tucson property. Parking there is at the homeowner’s own risk.

Other guidelines, relating mostly to homeowners, can be found under the “Rules and Regulations” section of the “Homeowners Only” section of the website.
