Olive Tree Spraying

Santa Rita Landscaping will begin spraying the olive trees throughout Arcadia Square to reduce fruit production. This process is necessary to minimize mess and maintenance caused by falling olives.
Important: The spray can damage vehicle paint. If you have a vehicle parked outside your garage, please ensure it is moved prior to spraying to avoid any potential damage.
Please note: Neither Santa Rita Landscaping nor Arcadia Square will be held liable for any damage to vehicle paint should vehicles not be moved in advance of spraying.
There are 69 olive trees in our community. Spraying will be conducted in stages, depending on the development of blossoms on each individual tree. There is no predetermined order for treatment, and the entire process will take several weeks to complete.
Additional information:
  • You may opt out of having your tree sprayed; however, you will be responsible for cleaning up any fallen olives.

  • A tree may require more than one treatment if blossoms appear at different times on different parts of the tree.
  • Spraying will be based on visual assessment by Santa Rita Landscaping. While we will do our best to provide timely notifications, we also ask for your cooperation in monitoring blossom development and moving your vehicle when appropriate.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your cooperation during this maintenance period. We appreciate your patience and support in keeping our community clean and well-maintained.
