To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly remind residents to follow these pool rules:
– SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – NO GUARD ON DUTY
– No Children under the age of 14 are allowed in the pool area without an adult.
– Guests of minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult homeowner or renter.
– Alcoholic beverages (any kind), glass objects, and animals are strictly prohibited.
– No smoking.
– No running, pushing, or roughhouse play
– No coconut oil-based products or soap worn is allowed in the pool.
– No metal hairpins or metal items in the pool.
– No chairs or lounges in the pool.
– No bikes or scooters in the fenced pool area.
– Children and adults who are incontinent must wear waterproof swim trunks with a non-leak cover when at the pool. No diapers.
– Bathing suits must be worn at all times.
– Keep the pool area clean. Use trash receptacles.
– Keep gate and bathroom locked.
– Pets are not allowed to enter the fenced pool area, nor remain idly outside the general poolgrounds.
PLEASE CALL 911 IF ANY TRESPASSERS ARE SEEN.
PLEASE NOTIFY A BOARD MEMBER IF THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE POOL AREA.
POOL PRIVILEGES WILL BE WITHDRAWN FOR VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES FOR UP TO
60 DAYS.
