The last few months have been challenging.
There have been a lot of expenses for the pool.
We had several problems with the pool heater which required s o m e part replacements.
Then someone pulled off the Lockbox taking the pool key as well as the poolroom key, and the ladder in the deep end has been damaged and has to be replaced.
We are going to have to repair the roof on the pool cover a n d paint the structure. All of this required extra expenses, some of these have been on the budget but others are due to vandalism.
Because of this, we are looking into more security options to protect the pool area. At our next Board Meeting, we will be looking at several options for keyless openings as well as cameras to protect the area. Many HOA’s have these installed and feel it is a smart way to protect their property.
