As the managing agent for your property, this notice is to inform you that we are in the process of changing our bank, which has necessitated the adjustments outlined below, affecting:
- those who pay online through Alliance Bank in Las Vegas, NV
- those who pay through their bank “bill pay” feature to our Alliance Bank account in Las Vegas, NV
- those who pay via check, mailed to Alliance Bank in Las Vegas, NV
Important: If you made payments through the previous online payment platform, please note that your account and any scheduled payments set up through this provider will be deactivated, if it hasn’t been already.
We are excited to introduce a new, streamlined and improved way for you to make payments online with our new provider, ClickPay, through our homeowner portal.
Through the portal, you can conveniently make one-time or scheduled payments online. Payments can be made by e-check (ACH) from a bank account for free or by major credit and debit card for a fee. As the preferred way of accepting payments, we invite you to access the online portal below.
TO GET STARTED USING THE NEW PAYMENT PORTAL:
To get started, visit ash.eunify.net. Login with your existing credentials. If you don’t know your user name of password, click on the “Forgot Email” link for further assistance. This is NOT the same username/password used for Homowners Only in this website.

TO CONTINUE MAILING PAYMENTS or USING YOUR BANK’S ONLINE BILL PAY:
The mailing address for accepting payments made by paper check, money order, and Online Bill Pay has changed.
If you pay by check or money order, please mail your payments to the address below moving forward.
If you pay through your bank’s Online Bill Pay feature, please log in to your online banking account and update the payee’s address as listed below:
