The fob system will make entry easier for you and it also allows us to:
• monitor who is entering the pool and at what time, which may cut down on vandalism and other pool
violations
• close the pool down so no one can enter after pool hours. This will allow us to
monitor the pool and we hope this will cut down on violations that we’ve seen in the last few months which
include:
• People illegally entering the pool by climbing the wall (which has caused damage to the fascia and lights)
• People jumping from the roof into the pool.
• People consuming alcohol
• Unattended youth and unattended guests
• Unscheduled parties
• Foul language and threatening behavior

POOL CONDUCT:

All owners, residents, tenants, and guests should follow the Arcadia Square Pool Rules that are
attached and posted under the Ramada. Not following the pool rules could result in the immediate suspension of
pool access. Having the cameras, in conjunction with the fob entry tracking system, we will be able to better
identify who is not following the pool rules and address each incident more effectively.

SERVICES AND REPAIRS:

We continue to have pool cleaning services on a weekly basis. You may be interested in
some other improvements we’ve made, including:
1. Recoated the pool roof with a 2-year warranty.
2. Installed a sight glass in the pool pumping pressure filter system on the waste discharge pipe.
5. Installed an emergency shut-off system that is located within the swimming pool enclosure to cut off
power to the water circulation system if someone/something is entrapped on a main drain or suction
outlet.
6. Painted No Diving signs around the edge of the pool.
2
7. Fixed/secured the metal grating around the pool area.
8. Worked on the irrigation system in the pool area.
9. Replaced several lounge chairs.
10.
